1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Jewelry: Rings, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces, Bracelets, Lapis Stones
• Brass Vases, Lamps, and home décor items
• Dupatta, Jam Palla, Kani Zari, Woolen Self, Reelkar, Kalamkar collections

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. custom-sized carpets or personalized items)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Gift items without original receipt or proof of purchase

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact us within the return window with your order number and reason for return
• We will provide you with return instructions and a confirmation
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

We happily exchange items for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability). If the exchanged item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If of lower value, store credit will be issued.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
