Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for international orders (30 days within Pakistan). Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom stitching/embroidery orders and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These are non-refundable even if the order is returned.
