Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom stitching/embroidery orders may take longer — you'll be given an estimated timeline at checkout or by email.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Delivered within 2–5 business days depending on location. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Delivered within 7–15 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We use trackable courier services. If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number and we'll help track it or file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
