Royal Orientals offers a wide range of authentic handcrafted products including but not limited to:

• Textiles: Stoles, Shawls, Pashminas, Scarves, Dupattas (Kani, Ari Work, Sui Work, Woolen, Kalamkar, Reelkar and more)
• Rugs & Carpets: Afghan Rugs, Pakistan Bokhara, Afghan Khorjin, Silk Wall Hangings, Baluchi Carpets
• Jewelry: Rings, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces, Bracelets, Lapis Stones
• Home Décor: Lamps, Brass Vases, Calligraphic art, and Soufreh items

All products are handcrafted; slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent to the artisanal nature of our products and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at time of order confirmation is final
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment methods as available
• Taxes, customs duties, and import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly and any payment will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery within 3–7 business days
• International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable
• Royal Orientals is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or natural events

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Royal Orientals platforms — including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Royal Orientals. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Royal Orientals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
